Using it

It's for your own personal use. Please don't resell or share copies.

Digital goods and refunds

Because it's a digital download, when you buy you'll be asked to agree that it's supplied straight away and to acknowledge that this means you lose your usual 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This doesn't affect your statutory rights: if the file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Not professional advice

The checklist is general guidance to help you inspect and buy a used car. It isn't a mechanical inspection or a vehicle history check, and it can't guarantee the condition of any car. If you're unsure, get a professional inspection.

Liability

We aren't responsible for the condition of any car you buy or for decisions you make using the checklist, except where the law says we can't limit our liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
